Many people report increased fitness, stress relief, and a different level of confidence and well being with Jiu Jitsu training. If you can do yoga, you can do Jiu Jitsu. If you want a sport to call yours, do Jiu Jitsu. If you are concerned about safety, Jiu Jitsu can give you skills to address assault. If you struggle with anxiety, Jiu Jitsu can help you re-wire your nervous system.
We want to get more women on the mats! Sessions are led by a black belt female coach. This is a safe and supportive environment. If you are not comfortable training around males or aren’t sure how much physical contact you’re comfortable with, women’s classes are a great way to start training. Once you are ready, train co-ed with the full Hurricane team.
